Pastoral Care A high quality of Pastoral Care is central to our ethos. It underpins everything that we do and along with a high quality of teaching and learning it is what makes Arbor what it is. Our Pastoral aims are: To be a school where the well-being of all within the community is a prime concern. To support a learning community in which children can realize their full potential.
